I need guidance for my situation - I joined as FTE in dec 2022. Got tagged into project within a week. Suddenly I got release on 23rd sept 2024 and got on pdp pool on 24th sept 2024. If i resign then what will be the procedure, else if anyone from AIA domain here has any vacancy can they suggest me what to do ?

If you resign then you will be released in a week. Try to get a project asap and don't reject any opportunity for any constraint.
