Only if you Jog , run or into fitness . I feel least useful product in my Apple purchases so far . I love their iPhone and MacBook Pro though. Health tracking is spot on and it is the best you will get . Notifications are useful and it gets annoying after a point . Mine is lying around somewhere and I use it only for functions now. You have to charge atleast once in two days which is irritating for watch . I have another smartwatch from HUAWEI which I use more frequently but sadly they discontinued and was cheap .
