Well guys this is it. TCS started salary deduction.

So yeah a friend of mine got his salary deducted by 12%. He got a D band as he came from onsite two months ago and took a leave, after which he was in bench for 1 month. Now while checking revised compensation he noticed that his salary got deducted by 12%. Pushing him back 2 years of increment.

On the other hand I got 4.5% increment for pulling 12 hours days.

It was there in TCS many years ago, but for years it was not in picture, they again introduced it, not introduced they are forcing it on employee on the name of RTO compliance and other criteria. But what the scene behind god knows..

These as****** have deducted mine by 19%. They have pushed me 4 yrs back in one day. Giving hikes like 1%, 2% ,4%,5% every year but deducting 19% in one go like we are their slaves and they are some king. Gutter management and gutter organisation. If we haven’t performed well this year then they should not give any hike for this year right but the years in which we have performed well how can they take it back from us.bloody thieves. Everyone whose salary got deducted should protest. We have got EMI’s and bills to pay every month. How are we going to manage our family expenses. Such evil souls are sitting on top level of TCS.

The thing is if tcs starts to implement such things then it will be followed by other companies as well

I don't know about other companies, it was already in TCS many years ago, they deducted salary when anyone got D but at that time this trend was not followed by other companies . It was not there in TCS from many years. Now they again started it ..

TCS hike 2024

TCS is one of the biggest IT companies in India, so I am assuming they pay their employees well. One of my acquaintances was really upset that he got only a 2% hike, which is really very low. Is this an exception, or is this how much hik...

Increment this year?

Since we are seeing a lot of layoffs, a lot of companies are using this as an excuse to provide less increment this year. Interested to know what sort of increments are you’ll getting this year and how much did you get last year?
