Weirdest unwritten rules at your workplace?

At my org there is this unspoken rule that nobody drops off a Friday status call first. Everyone just sits there in dead silence waiting for the director to hit leave If you drop before him it's basically treated like a crime lol.

Also taking sick leave on a Monday means you still have to reply to slack messages just to prove you aren't out giving interviews somewhere.

What is the most bizarre unwritten rule you guys have to deal with?
