
Weird timings in TCS
I have been working here for last 3 years and I have noticed 1 thing that meetings are always scheduled at evening. Whether it is a client meeting or not. Din bhar starting from 9 to 5 we are available and no body gives a shit as soon as we want to end our day suddenly meetings, mails are sent to u. Din bhr time pass karo tum aur raat ko tumhare liye available rahe hum. I always asked people “ we should have connected for this during daytime” then some lame excuses when I can clearly see their teams status. Jaldi kaam khtm karo and leave don’t keep waiting till night.

Ye log din mai me time enjoy karte hai ghumna khana pina sab karne ke baad yaad aate hai inko are kaam bhi toh karna hai nahi toh aage kya jawab dege ham işliye dusro ka khoon pina hota hai

Set your work hours and refuse to take meetings after these hours
its nt tcs but whole tata group has weird culture

Are you working for client in US, UK Geography??

I am working for a UK client from last 4 years, during covid 7-8PM calls where normal. But post RTO implementation, I usually protested against those calls and slowly they made all call by 6PM. Somedays I manage late night calls but thats rare now. So simply say No without any if and buts.
