Weird questions HR has asked during initial screening
what are various weird questions you were asked by HR?
for me: in one interview they asked who is the earning member in my family and how much they earn
another HR asked me family details, as in siblings and all, what they do
i wonder how that's going to help ?
I used to be in HR and I’ve been asked myself “any plan to marry? When will you have kids?” And I answered no such plans for next 2 years. Hired lol

Few days back, in a technical round for AI-ML Leadership role, I was asked if I have kids or not.
It's relevant for AI-ML ldrshp role. If you have spent time to understand kids and teach them, there can/may be resemblance to understand teach your models.
