Weird investment idea - farming returns?
Hey everyone,
I had this random thought - what if you could invest directly in farm harvests? Like, instead of buying stocks in big agriculture companies, you actually bought a share of a farm's crops and made money when they sell.
I'm curious - if this was a real thing, what kind of returns would you expect to make it worth your while?
Just a quirky idea that popped into my head. Interested to hear what you all think - cool concept or totally crazy?

Farmers are the sharpest minds of this country. Most big farmers double up as traders as well. The news/value of the product spreads faster than 5g. small farmers joinf together and act in a co-operative manner. If there is any money to be made at the harvest, it has already been done. if its a new idea, the first mover advantage will end in 24hrs.
Only in political speeches and leftist propaganda the farmers are innocent people being cheated by middlemen and corporates. not in real life.
