Weird Interview with GlobalLogic

I was interviewing for a BI Manager role for GlobalLogic, when the first round was conducted by a Third-party Firm, Monjin interviews (Which itself is a very dodgy form after a bit of searching)

The setup felt like a Wage Cage, with an interviewer who was 5 minutes late, and started asking questions without an introduction to what the round was going to be about. (It was not told if this was an HR/Technical/Introductory round). I tried to build rapport first to understand, but the guy was a forlorn labourer. The questions got more technical, yet I answered without any issues. It felt mechanical, and the man just wanted to be out of there.

By the end, I neither knew the interviewer, nor his ability to gauge answers or even a back and forth understanding of what he wanted. Very feudal, Very poor sense of any framework. If I asked him to clarify a question, he would read off the same question again, without understanding it himself.

No questions had actual applicability for the role interviewed.

My question is, have the interviews gotten worse by the time end of 2025 approaches? Feels like I've been dodging more bullets than actually finding a good fit.
