Trending @HCL; Weird email subject now in doubt

I received an email mentioning compensation intimation in which they just did restructure of ctc is this appraisal they want to say I joined in July 2024 variable pay I will get in nov/dec bht why such a weird subject mail. Will they give appraisal or they will say we have merged epb so your in hand is increased so now we will not give ang hike.
