I’ll go first. When you steal someone's slippers at the temple, they steal someone else's, and a chain of thefts begins. Similarly, when you resign, HR tries to fill your vacant seat by hiring someone from another company, causing them to resign. This creates a chain reaction where everyone lands a new job with a nice pay raise.

Moral of the story: Keep resigning!
