Bull crap. Ever seen a European screw up and work over the weekend or the client screw up and work over the weekend ? These people take some masters for sure on gaslighting.
That's the beauty of Indian IT managers in service companies. they love to bootlick their clients. These onsite managers will go to any extent to make you responsible for the screw-ups, because otherwise, how will their thick wallets get filled with the thicker client's money?
