Insurance company will cover any damages that happens in the marriage, and maybe help cover the extra charges for date change of venue and for other vendors. That’s what I saw from some reels.

Worked for an insurtech, did not hear it back then but currently have seen a few bigger orgs have the plan for eg future gen insurance
One needs to read the terms and conditions though
