Webserver issue
This is to all the experts and seniors who have worked on e-mails . Axis max life insurance has been sending someones insurance receipt to me for the past 3 years. I have complained and escalated to them and their development team is not able to figure out why it is happening. The difference between the two email IDs is a dot character "." , rest everything is the same. This is the only website from where I have been receiving the other person's receipts to my email ID and the other person's email ID. If anyone has a technical solution on which area their development team should look into , i can pass on the same to them. Feel free to post your suggestions.
Maybe their personally identifiable information team? This should be such a big thing lol. Or maybe the original user added incorrect email in their db while signing up and added correct email in other place. That is why the mismatch
The original user has added his correct email id, the customer also confirmed it . The original user is also getting the insurance receipt mail and even I am getting his receipt mail
Just block the mail address? You won’t receive mails from them atleast in your primary inbox
