Web developer - Salary
Hi , I am having 5.5 years of experience.. working as front end developer.My current CTC is 11 LPA I am looking for job change . I think I am paid below par . How much is being paid for front end developer for this experience.

For WITCHA, it’s pretty standard or probably 2-3 lakhs less. Would suggest you to join a product based compant as SDE-1 frontend and 2X your CTC. Staying too long in WITCHA will shatter your comp in long run. Most of the hiring managers in product based don’t want a WITCHA engineer to come to his team. Obviously, why would he want a WITCHA engineer to work with an iitan, tier 1 college aluminis. It may sound HARSH, but this is the sad reality. Switch fast or people woukd judge your harder as you grow up in your career.
