We will increment next year, promise?
In last financial year, I worked very hard and outperformed. That's my official rating in Darwin. My manager was also happy along with other people who decide the increment %. But they gave a bad increment (almos half) what other people received in my team. I discussed it with my manager and upper management and they told me they will increment next year.
