We have to make our union in TCS so that atleast someone stand with us ….

We need a platform or better social media to form a union. I think best possible way where we can get a huge support is through LinkedIn. There this union needs to be started.

At this point. TCS is a PSU but with cheap hikes. Maybe you can association like those ias officers. But guess what, the upper management might already have a shadow association for their own benefits.

What about other Tata company , like steel do they union ?

I have been asking multiple members but no one cares! They all are in comfort zone including me but I raise voice here and there with no one to back-up
