But what is the pont if project don’t have team members at one base location ? For eg if manager is in Noida , Senior Manager is in Pune , i am in bangalore and other team member as well at scatterred locations … No team member is at the same location
There is nothing like that. Whether you come to office or not, you won't get any hike or promotion if you are not the "choosen one".
This is totally wrong, first they called us to office, we spent our money on rent and transportation to do the work from office which could have been done from home, and later they said no hike, not even single penny extra. No matter how much you worked hard on your projects, they just won't consider you just because you are doing it silently. This act is very disheartening and demotivational.

Yes that's the unsaid rule.. in dec we didn't get a hike but I got 18% bonus stating the same
People who didn't bother to come got lesser bonus

Mine is still WFH
Not necessarily.. Mine is wfh but still got the highest bonus in team
