Trending @Wipro; WBP - What if not reimbursed for courses

I recently joined and in my offer letter, there is 60 K kept for courses, skills and development. I certainly don't need this much amount for courses for whole year. (Unless it covers certification reimbursement as well). So my question is what happens with the rest of the amount from WBP that I won't reimburse for whole year? Will that be paid to me in cash in any of the months? Or will it be saved in some other form?
