Share your resume to Delivery Partners, Client Partners since they have plentiful of openings ready with them. Search unit wise.

Ping over teams and connect with the people who report to RMG with you. Connections and daily sync up works out.

Always have digital profile ready with skills which suits you and since they extract from there, so push as much as tools specific Knowhow there itself.

If no billable projects are available, take up internal support roles (training, quality audits ) to avoid being flagged.
6)Document all your efforts (emails, applications, upskilling) to show HR you are actively seeking a project.

Before this I have only seen post with way to remain on bench or ways to get released or way to say no to projects... Etc etc....
First time I am seeing someone posting ways to get project that too in just 7bdays
