Ways to find projects (yourself) if you are on the bench...

1. Try to search for projects in Ultimatix enterprise search in Ultimatix enterprise search under projects tab in which you can find Projects accordingly to your skills set and mail the project manager, delivery partner respective to their position and mail them at least 20-30 mails per day so that it will work

2. Try in Knome where you can post your resume and release date so that from there also you can find the opportunities if any.

3. IQMS in Ultimatix there also you can find opportunities for various locations from there also you can find projects.

Out of these 3 i tried the above 2 methods but honestly the first one was very useful for me I always sent messages to the various project managers and delivery partners, I was on the bench for 1.5-2 months but believe me in that 2 months I sent almost 400-500 mails and finally I got the project.

In these 2 months I received numerous calls but the thing is some are asking me for various skills , some are not good regarding the location etc...so Don't be disheartened and don't loose hope try yourself and don't depend solely on RMG for the projects and regarding the C3 A&B don't listen to the noise which is spreading here in the platform just try yourself and whatever is intended to be happen it will happen..
