Wayfair L3 Vs Target L5

YOE: 5.4 Current Compensation: 27 LPA

Offer Details: Target Total compensation: 41 LPA(including 10 % bonus) Standard target benefits

Wayfair Total compensation: 58 LPA(Fully Fixed) Standard Wayfair benefits

Can you please share your insights on both companies? My priority is work-life balance > technology > compensation. Based on reviews, Target seems to have generally positive feedback, while opinions on Wayfair are more mixed. Additionally, Wayfair's business appears to be on a downward trend.

Hey, tbf, both their business is seeing a downward trend rn. I work at Target and will agree to the great work life balance and highly doubt Wayfair will have such balance as it is comparatively new, unlike target, which is well established. But at your current yoe, I'd say if you don't have super high responsibilities and got decent to good skills, chase money. I have a couple of friends in Wayfair, they say the work life balance there is not as good as target, but they have no complaints about Wayfair. One of them is even working on a side business along with his Wayfair employment.
