Wayfair India vs Target India

I've received offers for an SDE 3 role at both Wayfair and Target, and I'm trying to make a decision. I'm looking for some insight into what it's like to work at each company, particularly in terms of work-life balance, job stability, and overall company culture.

Also regarding Wayfair , hr said they are trying to grow India Dev center . Is Wayfair India impacted by the their layoffs?

Target is a very stable company, no layoffs. Target wlb, yearly hike and culture extremely good

No layoffs in India TDC nor will be in near future.

However WLB and interesting work will depend on the ORG.

They are paying higher in India comparatively.

Target is a stable and WLB is good is what I have heard from many.
