Way to Becoming a Manager
Can anyone tell me how the journey will be from a developer to managerial role like project manager or delivery manager? I am Java developer with 8 YOE with C3A band. I want to go to tech managerial roles and don't wanna be a completely technical (eg. architect) role. Can anyone please suggest a guide on the roadmap.

Ask your manager for additional responsibilities and express your interest.
Daily/weekly/monthly reports Managing WONs, BV Preparing documents for audit/PMR. Participating in regular audit meetings.
If you get to know these , then your manager may consider.
