Hi , i am a senior analyst and completed 9 months at Accenture .My project team is not ready to release me and i m having mental health issues and dont want make it worse here .So i have only option to resign rn.i tried discussing my health issue with my manager but no help to gice roll off so by any chance can i get my notice period waived off?
Nope, ACN does not have a notice period waive off policy. The only way you can reduce your notice period if your manager is ready to let you go and you have a mean to compensate the company for your early departure.. that can either be in the form of applying earned leaves or getting salary deductions..
So If I have my 45 earned leaves. How many I can use to reduce my notice period. Also what are the blockage I can face while doing that?
I don't think that is true. I have seen people leave without serving notice period. It depends on whether they are willing to let you go!
Why is Accenture becoming like this. Exact same story.. only thing is I have been working with Accenture for last 4 years in same project and I asked for roll off. I didn’t get roll off hence left with no option to resign to save my mental health. Today is last working day

First, write a mail to your manager discussing over work and mental health issues and also acknowledge the discussion you had
