Recently got into a project after 1 year of joining. Couldn't find project of my tech stack hence joined whatever was available. It is still web dev tho.
Should i switch to some other company which is not so well known and is a small consultancy company? I am expecting that learning will be far more great from here.

Switching to a smaller consultancy can offer better learning opportunities. However, weigh the pros and cons carefully. Upskill yourself and consider internal transfers too. Your growth is paramount.
