When I joined 3 years back when the old CEO was there I got Full 100% QVA but after CEO change not getting more than 35%

C4 received between 15-18% only depending on ISU 😢

Just curious what is C4 salary and also how much exp or rather what to do to reach C4 and it is age to be C4? Or rather stick to c3B till retirement?

This is happening from the past 6 quarter now ,Every quarter QVA percentage is decreasing . TCS will surely start to deduct a fixed salary soon. TCS Downfall started .

At least you guys got 27-28% QVA for c3b based on your unit, but I got only 20% same c3b grade, bfsi domain only..not sure based on what they decided QVA amount
