Trending @Cognizant; Warning mail recieved for RTO misconduct during ADP period
Hi All,
I started reporting to office from 13th Aug onwards, but actually in previous mail I was supposed to go from 11th aug. I received a mail on 19th Aug stating that I haven’t reported to office yet. Could someone clarify how RTO attendance is tracked in Cognizant? Is it based on badge swipes, seat booking, or any other system? I want to make sure my presence is properly recorded going forward.

I am reporting 5 days tgat too for 10 hrs still got 1 advisory mail 2 warning mail, i am reporting to office even before hitting to bench, idk whats wrong with this organization how they are calculating trutime
What will happen if we didn't goto office after receiving an warning mail..
In a mail they stated as loss of pay for whatever the days the associate fails to complete RTO and in the next if it is repeated there will be a serious consequences for misconduct and also it might leads to termination
But one thing I didn't get, Even after maintaining 9 hrs in a day from 13 th Aug. But recieved in today's mail stating that I haven't reported yet. They didn't mentioned clearly which dates I missed and they didn't mentioned which days I will be in loss of pay
Badge swipe is the primary thing they r calculating and if u have missed going to office from 11th aug, now in this week and next week, go to office regularly otherwise u will get another warning advisory mail.
