Got a warning letter from HR stating that in spite of earlier advisory communication still not reported to the office and also saying that remote work will be treated as Loss of pay, invoking the principle of no work no pay.
actually after receiving the advisory email, I am regularly going to the office. Even after going to office received warning letter and also saying they won't pay for that period. I'm not sure what's going on

Hi I have also received the same mail after getting Advisory mail. I met with HR in-person and told them if there is any minimum time limit to work from the office. They directly told me that you have to come to the office 5 days a week and have to stay for 9 hours which is swipe in and swipe out times. If any further negligence they will send another warning letter after that Show-cause mail which might lead to termination. I'm maintaining 9hours stay in the office from today. I have noticed that this is mainly coming for Bfs employees only. Many HC, insurance friends are there in bench none of them got it.

Are you going to the location what they mentioned in thier advisory mail ?

How long are you staying in office? Are you going 5 days a week?

I used to maintain 4 hrs per day, but now I have maintained 6 hrs per day since many people got the advisory for not maintaining 6 hrs per day, before the advisory mail I maintained 4 days per week, now I am maintaining 5 days per week

Basically if you're not going to office, just take a leave. That will make sure you don't get the advisory mail.

I am in a project. When I was genc they told me to come office every day. Like in 2023 I was the only one who was coming to office everyone was at home wfh. Now I bacme PA I also come just like others 2,3 day week and I come 11-12 am and leave at -4,5or 6 pm . And rest apply wfh tru time . I haven't recieved any mail.

What is your ageing? And any update regarding this? Because i recently got on ADP and maintaining 5hrs tru time as of now
