Recently we all came across a loud event in the name of "War room" . War room on 31st was nothing but either bad planning or pr stunt , any product or growth manager would know about it .
I am not saying that war rooms are useless , but what Zomato did surely was . How often do you guys across such war rooms which are basically execution hell for a lot of bad planning.
