Wanting to Shout hard

Sometimes it feels like to shout hard till voice breaks. Apparently no one is interested in listening within the family. Everyone has their view point. Anything done from our side is noted as basic responsibility and everyone else requires a pat on the back. On top of this Ai...ppl mentioning layoffs for June, september and what not. This is definitely taking a hit on mental health. And reducing self confidence. Neither family nor work is giving hope
