Wanted to resign in 5 months after joining
Hi i have joined tcs on November 13th 2024 as an azure data engineer as i was not in this tech before so i have learned and move here but here the scenario is very different they are not giving ant KT or transition like how they are working or how their framework is build and also they have assigned me in a project alone which is end to end development. In this project there are lots of work and i am unable to manage alone i asked my manger for providing help but he is not listening and he wants me to work day and night and on weekends also.they are putting too much pressure on me no one is helping here.what should i do please suggest

Project release will be difficult as it's only 5 months.
You need to make some work time boundaries. Only work for 9 hours and stop attending any calls or work related things after 9 hrs. Be clear to your manager I have some personal duties as well and I can't work day and night.
You need to be strong on this.
If nothing works, change the job. When you resign and if HR or Manager comes to you to ask about it, be clear about it

Same suggestion.
Manager will not care for your well-being.
You have to look after yourself. No one will fire on the basis of too much work load.
Personal life and family is most important.
I also did the same 2 years back, even client escalation happened. But I stood my ground that I am a new joiner and no KT or help was provided. Solution given by the client only that extra resource should be hired.
Your manager only want to make higher management happy to complete the work with limited resources.

Yes client is asking for extra resource multiple times but they are not providing even i have worked last weekend and this weekend also they are asking me to work.is it not toxic continuously work without break

leave asap

Slowly work on changing the job that's the only way out of this organization.. meanwhile only work within professional limits as suggested by others...The Tcs management needs to understand that they are not hiring slaves which I doubt they ever will so we all need to stand to our positions

Yeaah they are thinking that we are slaves

My suggestion would be like.. great that you got the opportunity to work from end to end, so What else needed? Forget about the quantity of delivery you can give, don't stress yourself as you'd not be fired or quickly replaced by someone else, so just focus on the quality of your deliverables rather than quantity. It'll make you understand your worthiness. That's all when the threshold is reached fly away towards Everest.

But here they are only consider the quantity not the quality they are asking to do it manually and just show the client that data is flowing 😂

Don't leave TCS only for the work load. Don't know if the next job will come with the same workload. Here in TCS, you can manage work load by at least ignoring manager or extra work load.

Actually client reduced the deadline of the project and gave only few days for development which is not possible for a single person i have asked multiple times to provide help but they are like ignoring the things now they are getting escalation to complete it and providing help so they are pressurising me to work continuously and complete it

Wait for 18 months to ask for release from project or look outside TCS starting now
