Trending @Accenture; Wanted to know should I switch my role.

Hi All,

I began my journey at Accenture as a fresher, as an Analyst in the year 2022. Over the past 2.5 years, I've immersed myself in the world of Flutter development. However, recent trends in appraisals and promotions have been discouraging, prompting me to explore alternative career paths.

Despite my experience and proficiency in Flutter, securing opportunities in this field has proven challenging. I suspect this difficulty may stem from my current three-month notice period, hindering the responsiveness of potential employers.

I am seeking guidance on whether to pivot my focus to another technology or explore different career avenues altogether. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
