Wanted to know about Hike %

Dear All I Joined TCS back in July 2022 and I received overall IPF 4.3 can any one let me know when will we get band release in which month and what percent of hike can be expected TIA..😊

Bands are released in March for Annual Appraisal. You can expect B band band according to your IPF but again it depends on project to project

Ideally it should be A. But it can also be a B. Differ from project to project.
