Nothing. Capgemini won't control these kind of work complaints. They will check with the manager & manager will give an reason. And the chapter will be closed.

But you will be in target. So, never do that. Better resign and look for better option.

@ShyRedhead you can also follow this suggestion if you want to run away for the situation. This is a very common situation you get to face in this industry, if not now it would be anytime in future. I learnt it by fighting, and it works too.

@ShyRedhead:I agree with @DeadlyBehest . Manager will escape with some reason and you will be targeted. Either change the project or company

First, collect evidences on the above said and once you have good amount of information bring it to your BUHR cc’g HRs manager. Discuss all your concerns with HR and hear from them. 98% of the conflicts gets resolved in this stage. If not you can raise SpeakUp incident (ping AskAdam from MSteams).

In many MNCs, I’ve observed that managerial positions often come with a certain level of immunity, and HR tends to align with them rather than genuinely addressing employee concerns. Unfortunately, this dynamic contributes to a toxic work culture, damaging the company’s reputation over time.

However, this isn’t just about any one company. it’s a reality across the corporate world. The issue lies not in the MNCs themselves but in the people who shape their environments. That’s why it’s essential to take a stand.

If you ever find yourself in an unfair situation, don’t let your position discourage you. Whether you’re a fresher or an experienced professional, standing up for yourself is key to navigating corporate life. Challenges exist everywhere, and the only way to thrive is by asserting yourself, maintaining your integrity, and refusing to accept toxicity as the norm.

Capgemini managers have been in Capgemini for the last 10 10+ years. So it's better to look outside opportunity

Complaint won’t help you because HR’s are puppets only 😅
