Wanted to get release from project because of getting C band.

I joined TCS 2022 as as cloud engineer position. This year was my first annual appraisal in 2024 I was expecting atleast "B" Band but getting C band in first annual appraisal, because this year in April my wedding was schedule and unfortunately project deadline was also in April but I have informed mynanager about this 3 month ago. Before taking leave manager asked to work in weekend due to project deadline but i denied because of I have some commitment on thse days so did some argue with manager and they have given C band even I have worked in project and put effort. So I don't feel motivated now to work here in this project Don't have much work on this project as well. So can any one please suggest what should I do in this situation if any one goes through this same situation.
