Wanted to change my domain from manual tester with exp of 2 years to any non coding field.

I wanted to switch but not getting the opportunity to switch. Had an exp of 2 yrs of manual testing for a telecommunication project. Applied for many profiles in other companies but no reply. Please help in getting job in other company.
