Just ask: "So, how many genders are there?" If they answer what they personally think - they're screwed If they answer what's politically correct - they’re screwed If they dodge - they're screwed. And yes - ChatGPT can't spit the answer.
Other sure shot ways to trigger a HR: 1/ What do you REALLY think about this company? 2/ If the best people in your org had zero financial pressure, how many would still work here tomorrow? 3/ Which one hurts more - losing a top performer… or retaining a mediocre one cause the top performer left? 4/ If you had to publish every rejected candidate's feedback publicly, what would it expose about your process? 5/ If your "culture" is so strong, why do you still need policies, notice periods, and exit interviews to keep people in check?
Apparently, also works for people with an active grey matter. PS: Recruiters are not HR's IYKYK.
