Trending @Accenture; Want to take roll off and look for other opportunities, fed up with team. Because of unfair treatment.

Fed up of current project and people in the team, always unfair treatment and humiliation in team discussion, because of these issues my mental wellness is getting affected so want to take roll off. And not sure about how roll off works (how many months will be on bench period untill we get fine project). In case if get any outside opportunity in this period what will be the notice period.

Same thing happened with me, but I did the full reverse. I was in the support team, always given the toughest tickets, while chapri senior picked only timepass tickets and cracked lame jokes always.

I told the manager during appraisal discussion,"I am always assigned with difficult tickets but I didn't receive any hike," but he said, " no one from the team received any hike and others are new, you adjust." So I adjusted… like a fool… for 6 months. Helped juniors everytime.

Then one day I took leave, and chapri senior took credit for my work. I confronted him, and suddenly juniors acted like I was a villain. So I said to myself - fine… let me become a proper villain now.

Stopped helping. Still got tough work, but I started saying, "Busy bro." Then a big Monday B-shift change came — I was in A shift. Chapri senior was supposed to handle but took leave on that day, juniors informed me on Saturday.

I gave a full villain monologue in group chat (manager also there), and logged off after A shift.

They did half work and closed change. I became a full-time villain from that day, started enjoying my peace and poking chapri senior daily — because he always makes mistakes at work in front of all the juniors.

Finally one day the manager said, “Send resume,” and shifted me to a better team.

Now even after 1 year, people still ping me: "Bro help, chapri and team not doing work." And I reply politely: “Please reach out to my manager.”

My personal experience has been one of the worst ever faced in Accenture. I was on a Siem support client project almost 3 years back. It is kind of hell. Full of politics, favouritism and no recognition. They used to call me at midnight to collect the survive data.

Even the 1 year fresher know how to play politics which I don't know, and I never do that.

After 18 months asked for roll-off. Since a there were lot of night shifts that affected my health caused insomnia, depression for taking tablets.

The doctor was treating anf observed for 6 months but no results for the medication.

Then the doctor gave a strong alarm I should stop the night shift.

I had given the same reason for the roll off. But the manager and leaders kept on postponing my request for a month.

In the meantime, my wife filed for divorce from me due to this night shift concern and want to dissolve the marriage.

I had set up a call with the manager and leads for urgency. They joined the call, scolded with arrogance. Then I showed the divorce copy to them, that wife filed for divorce due night shift and medical conditions.

The manager and lead suddenly became shocked and informed not share this information with teammates or management level. Confirmed they would roll-off.

Then only after 3 months i got roll-off.
