Want to take a transfer to US after marriage
Hello everyone, Is it possible to get a US-based project if I'm getting married & my spouse is already in the US in the same organisation TCS? If not then can I take release from my existing project & try to find US-based project of my own?
Also, if I put down papers while on the bench then may I shorten my notice period.
One way is that your spouse can apply dependent visa for you. You can take long leave and go to US. Your spouse can apply EAD to allow you to work on dependent visa. Once EAD is approved, tell tcs rmg to put you in project in same city as spouse.
I have completed 1 year this June in TCS. So LWP is only 1 month eligible for me.
Try to get release from the current project and look for US based projects. If your HR is willing then they can shorten the notice period. This completely depends on HR
