Trending @Infosys; Want to switch project

Hello everyone, I'm in notice period now and not getting any job outside as I have very little knowledge in coding(in a support project).

The issue I'm having is, I'm not liking my current work and I want to move to development but my manager is not agreeing. Also, since I do not have much knowledge in coding and technology, I'm confused about this.

Please suggest me what I can do to move to different projects.
