Want to switch from tcs

Hi , I am a fresher joined in march,2024 in tcs. I want to switch from tcs after one year. Can any one tell me the process how can I switch or what skills should I gain.

1 year is very short as a fresher these days they are preferring either 2 or 3+ years experience. If u switch for one year they think you are unfit for their company
