Trending @Accenture; Want to switch from Operations to technology.

Hey Everyone

Is anyone has idea how to switch in different devision in Accenture?

Can we do or not ?

I have been here from 7mnths, before joining I don't have idea devision in ACN. There is no work life balance in project and also perks vary between technology and operations.

I have 5yr of experience in web dev, Unfortunately I am in worst project.

Any suggestions will help me.

You can but need to come on bench for that, unless your management is very cooperative
