Want to switch domain

Hlw everyone , can anyone guide me on switching domain ? Let me explain you what I mean , I am currently a fresher with digital package C1 grade, and as we know in xcelerate we have to multiple careers mentioned there , currently they are putting me in dev role but I want to be in research or management kind of roles . How can I do that... Please someone guide me .

Improve your skills.. and I don't think xcelerate realy works. Just keep learning and whenever you are ready ask for release from current manager after that you can ask rmg for desired domain.

Start with making end to end projects first from YouTube then you can ask chat gpt to craft some problems so you can solve them on your on.

Keep learning continuously. Do lots of hands on and ask for the role u desire. It's very easy to switch domain outside the company inside its 90% very difficult
