Want to switch but not getting any call backs.

Hello people,

I would really appreciate if someone helps me switch. I am a AI and Data Engineer with 2+ years of experience at PwC India. I am good in development and interview preparation is also good enough.

But somehow resume (ATS compliant) does not get shortlisted. Or if I apply directly to careers portal I don't get a call back. It's becoming very frustrating day by day. Would love suggestions from you guys. About your job switch journey.
