Want to move US
I am working in tcs from 3 years. As usual low salary below average work life. I am starting my family next year but need to move to US. I heard TCS send people to US so How can I apply for that? Any criteria?

For associates below C2 it is almost next to impossible, every one will just make a joke out of it. Above C2 you should be literally and asset for the project and client. As per the procedure Need to be in contact with Both on and off site managers for available position and convey your intention to whom you are reporting they will guide you further according to the project policy.
