Want to move to a good project

Currently m working in L1 support project i want to move to service now development is it possible after releasing from the project. Will rmg allow us to go to that kind of projects?

Or service now development how is the demand in TCS is it good?

I am hearing that RMG will push u to l1 support only as u r frm that background. I have 2 yrs of exp in TCS

Switching from L1 to ServiceNow? Possible, but TCS's RMG is as stubborn as a mule. Demand? High. But, "Kya aapke toothpaste mein namak hai?"
