Want to move to a better country for jobs and experience

Hey folks, recently got married and my wife is in finance while I'm a PM. I've lived abroad before but i couldn't get a visa extension so was forced to be back. Which country can i plan to move out to which gives me a mix of good wlb and money more than how much india would pay.

What should my plan of action be to plan to move out ASAP
