Want to Make a Switch, How much can I expect?

Hey folks! I’m a DevOps Engineer with 2 years of experience, currently working at EY GDS. My tech stack covers almost the entire DevOps spectrum : CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and more. I work in Azure and AWS

I’ve also earned two cloud DevOps certifications (Azure & Google) and built my own personal DevOps project from scratch. GenAi certification from Oracle and HashiCorp terraform associate Certification.

Now, I’m planning to make a switch, preferably to a Kolkata-based company, though I’m open to Bangalore if the pay makes sense

So, DevOps folks, based on my profile..m 👉 What kind of salary range can I expect? 👉 And how much should I negotiate when switching?

Current CTC - 5.3LPA
