Want to left the company without serving notice period
Hi , So the story is I got laid off in july end . I tried so many companies but no calls in that period. So I joined a small company in sept. Now I got the offer from MNC and I want to join but they asked to join in 5 days . I dont want to continue in my current company as the technology they are using are outdated so no career scope. I dont need exp letter .But absconding is not the option as company registered on pf portal . It will reflect as dual employment in future. Any other solution ?

Talk to HR and say you would not be coming from tomorrow. They might ask you to pay off your notice period.
Because you don’t need experience letter and probably would not join again, they have no leverage.
Make sure to give company assets back.
you can mark exit in pf portal by yourselves.... try it....but it might be risky
