Want to know the backend process
I resigned from the org last month and today I got the acceptance for my resignation. Anybody can tell me about the things which went or are discussed behind the scenes and the things or conversations which are going to happen till my LWD in the backend ?
No conversations for me after resignation acceptance. As this month is my LWD i received a group meeting invite for August resignations. HR briefing Seperation Clearance process. May I know the reason for your resignation?
Lack of opportunity...even after completing the required certifications and asking multiple times not getting a chance to work in the domain I want
Same here Bhai. Today last working day. I dint get any meeting invite nothing. Just resignation acceptance mail that's all. I am submitting laptop today
You will start to get retention discussion if ur mgmt thinks u r valuable
